NeuroCraft Brain Training uses Neurofeedback Training to assist with: Performance Enhancement, Concentration, Memory, ADHD, Stress, Anxiety, Sleep, and other cognitive functions.
A Neurofeedback training session is to the brain what a gym session is to the body. The gym equipment assists your body to exercise and heal. Neurofeedback equipment assists your brain to exercise and heal if necessary. It is non-invasive, which means that the equipment only measures what is going on in your body and provides you with that feedback.
Think of a blood pressure machine. It gives a reading of your blood pressure at a specific time but does not lower or increase it in any way. You can take medication for blood pressure, change your diet or control your blood pressure with specific breathing.
Similarly, the neurofeedback equipment measures your brainwaves at a specific moment in time. Instead of using medication, your brain receives visual and auditory rewards when your brainwaves perform at an optimum level. In this manner, by repetition, the brain learns to self-regulate your brainwaves at an optimum level. Much the same as muscles become toned with repetition using a piece of gym equipment.
Neurofeedback brain training refers to activities designed to improve cognitive functions such as memory, attention, problem-solving skills, and other aspects of mental processing. These activities can include exercises, games, or structured programs aimed at enhancing neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life.)
Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity, is the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. This adaptive capacity allows the brain to adjust its activity in response to new experiences, learning, and injuries. Essentially, neuroplasticity enables the brain to recover from damage, acquire new skills, and adapt to changes in the environment. It’s a fundamental concept in understanding how interventions like neurofeedback can help improve cognitive functions and promote mental well-being.
Research shows brain training can boost cognitive skills, with the best results from engaging, varied, and sustained programs
Cognitive skills are mental abilities that help us acquire knowledge, process information, and make decisions.
Brain training supports learning in children, helps maintain cognitive health in aging, and aids recovery in clinical rehabilitation
Achieve peak performance and mental clarity with Neurofeedback—trusted by athletes, executives, and creatives for focus, resilience, and stress management

My journey with Biofeedback started in 2010 when I started to work with children and adults with ADHD using a HEG headband which measured oxygen levels in the blood that flows to the brain.
After having COVID-19 in 2020 I developed long COVID with very distinct symptoms of early onset dementia. After a series of Neurofeedback training sessions, all of the symptoms dissipated, and I could continue with more post-graduate studies. My journey of recovery from brain inflammation, brain fog, forgetfulness, attention deficits, general anxiety and serious social anxiety directed me towards making Neurofeedback training the main service I offer to my clients.
